UNESCO commissions survey on media and information literacy among teachers

A press release, dated 3rd March, on the UNESCO site states that they have "commissioned a survey on media and information literacy levels of teachers in Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland. The outcomes of the research will serve as an indication of the need for media and information literacy (MIL) training for teachers and will inform the adaptation of the Model MIL Curriculum for Teachers."
