On 28 June Karen Blakeman, at Reading University, UK, runs a workshop Beating Google into submission. Topics include: how Google works - what Google tells us and what we have to guess; latest developments at Google; how Google customises your results and can you stop it (etc.) Includes hands-on sessions.
