Webinar: Aligning to the Framework: An Assessment of Practices?

On January 26 at 3.00 - 4.30pm US Eastern Time (which is 8pm-9.30 UK time) the ACRL Instruction Section's 2016 Midwinter Virtual Discussion Forum will focus on: How can academic libraries align their existing instruction programs to the ACRL Framework for Information Literacy in Higher Education? The discussion, Aligning to the Framework: An Assessment of Practices?, "will be led by Kenya Flash, Diversity Resident Librarian, and Kelly Tilton, Instruction Librarian, University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Flash and Tilton will describe how the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Libraries used the Framework as an operating philosophy to grow and improve their program amid the diminishing role of the older ACRL Standards."
