Webinar: COVID-19 and the Digital Divide

Cumberland Lodge has organised a webinar at 11am UK time on 5 August 2020, on COVID-19 & the Digital Divide. The panel consists of Robin Christopherson (Head of Digital Inclusion, AbilityNet), Shabira Papain (Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Reach, NHS), Lauren Razavi (Writer, Speaker and Strategist). "The webinar will explore digital inclusion, with a focus on the particular challenges and obstacles that have arisen thanks to COVID-19. There will be reflection on what society has learnt in recent months about the digital divide and its impact on society, and what policymakers, government and individuals can do to address digital exclusion." The discussion will draw on findings and recommendations from the Cumberland Lodge Report on Digital Inclusion: Bridging Divides (not yet published).
