A German-language presentation by
Anne Christensen, Librarian at Leuphana University Lüneburg, was tweeted by Thomas Hapke, and if you speak German there are a couple of recent presentations of interest. She just presented
Und was erwarten wir von unseren NutzerInnen? (What do we expect from our users) (her answer is - too much and too little) at the
inetbib conference (4-6 March 2013). The conference theme was "What do our users and non-users expect of us" (to judge from the programme, they expect open access, apps, e-books etc.) Christensen's previous presentation was
Discovery-Systeme und Informationskompetenz (Discovery systems and information literacy). Her slideshare is at
http://de.slideshare.net/xenzen
Another relevant presentation at
inetbib was from Blanche Kiszio on development of information literacy in an e-learning project at the Institut et Haute Ecole de la Santé La Source, Lausanne: I couldn't find the presentation, but there is an article (also in German) about (I think)
the same project here.
