The Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) 2023 Mid-Year Conference takes place online 11-13 April 2023, with the three days timed to take place in 3 different time zones so there is something for everyone (though unless you like attending conferences in the middle of the night it is unlikely you will participate in all 3 days).
