Daniel Russell, research scientist at Google, gave a talk at the School of Information and Library Science (SILS) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on March 5 2014. The title of the presentation was, Mindtools: What does it Mean to be Literate in the Age of Google? (it unsurprisingly involves Google; but some interesting points) http://vimeo.com/89737037
