At the end of the feature conference for
Global Media and Information Literacy week, a
Draft Global Framework for MIL Cities was put forward and adopted by the conference subject to a very brief consultation period. This sets out some requirements for cities that wish to be Media and Information Literate, and proposes criteria that could be used to judge the level to which they are MIL.
