I think I have mentioned ANTS (Animated Tutorial Sharing Project) before. "The goal of the project is to create a shared repository of library, research, and information literacy tutorials created using screencast software such as Adobe Captivate, Qarbon Viewlet Builder, Techsmith's Camtasia Studio , or similar products."
