Two new Spanish-language theses related to information literacy are highlighted by the Argentinian information literacy blog in this post (in Spanish). They were presented at the University of Granada (Spain) by Cuban doctoral students. At the moment the full texts are not available. - ALFINEV: propuesta de un modelo para la evaluación de la alfabetización informacional en la Educación Superior de Cuba (Proposal for a model to evaluate information literacy in higher education in Cuba), by Grizly Meneses Placeres. (I found a powerpoint presented some of her results, in Spanish, here and the corresponding short paper is here)
