The International Conference on Libraries, Information and Society 2008(ICOLIS) takes place at the Armada Hotel, Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 18-19 November 2008, and this year's theme is: Towards an Information Literate Society with a number of important themes flagged up.
