An interesting initiative in Canada is the Informed Choice Project which is focused on countering misinformation about vaccination and "aims to leverage a Canada-wide network of HCWs [health care workers] and volunteers to tackle misinformation in the social media ecosystem." There are training modules and then volunteers are supposed to engage in conversation on social media a few times a week, to counter vaccine hesitancy.
