A researcher is seeking participants (if you are "a library worker who teaches information literacy concepts regularly as part of your job") for a questionnaire. It is a "survey about your familiarity and experience with Costa & Kallick's 16 habits of mind. In this exploratory study, I hope to identify the most common habits of mind from Costa & Kallick's list that information literacy specialists associate with information literacy skill development and to determine both if and how these habits of mind are intentionally addressed in information literacy instructional settings. The survey will collect basic information about your experience teaching information literacy content but will primarily focus on your familiarity and experience with these habits of mind. You do not need to be familiar with habits of mind as a concept or with Costa & Kallick's specifically identified habits of mind to participate in this survey. In fact, responses from those unfamiliar with these ideas will provide a more accurate picture of how they are understood among library workers." The survey closes on October 31, 2021).
